Strict Factory Standards to Ensure Quality
Both parties held in-depth discussions on machine delivery inspection standards and procedures. Seibu shared its meticulous quality control system, while our team offered optimization suggestions based on the needs of domestic clients, further enhancing the reliability of delivered machines.
Advancing Application Skills
Addressing common challenges in high-precision machining, the team focused on learning compensation techniques for tilt, straightness, and large tapering. Through case studies and on-site adjustments, members acquired more efficient compensation strategies.
Fine Wire Cutting Practice
Under the guidance of Seibu engineers, the team carried out fine wire cutting tests on oil-based machines. By comparing cutting results under different parameters, the team optimized wire selection and equipment settings.
Mechanical and Electrical Systems
On the final day, Seibu’s experts provided a comprehensive explanation of the machines’ mechanical design principles and electrical control systems. The team studied the systems in depth and participated in discussions based on the content.

This exchange proved highly valuable, it not only enhanced the Pro-Technic Machinery team’s technical proficiency with Seibu’s high-end models but also further deepened mutual trust and cooperation with Seibu. Looking ahead, we will build on this experience to integrate what we’ve learned into localized service enhancements and pursue even greater achievements together.
