The Hong Kong Federation of Innovative Technology and Manufacturing Industries (FITMI) established the FITMI Achievement Awards in 2011, which is now renamed the "Hong Kong Innovation Technology Achievement Awards" to recognize the contributions of awardees to Hong Kong's innovation, technology, and manufacturing sectors. The award ceremony was held on December 11, 2017, at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong, where Mr. Alex Lai was honored with the 7th Hong Kong Innovation Technology Achievement Award 2017 "Next Generation" Achievement Award.

Mr. Alex Lai actively encourages young people to join the industrial sector, ensuring the continuous development of manufacturing in Hong Kong. To foster talent, the company donates scholarships to The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Vocational Training Council every year. In addition, he promotes corporate social responsibility, implements environmental waste reduction measures, and practices business care to give back to society, embodying the spirit of "what we take from society, we give back to society."
