On October 15, 2026, the 5th Brother User Conference concluded successfully at Brother Machinery (Xi'an) Co., Ltd. Hosted by Pro-Technic Machinery and officially authorized and supported by Brother Industries, Ltd. of Japan and the Xi'an factory, the conference brought together industry guests from automotive parts, humanoid robotics, semiconductors, medical and other fields in Xi'an to visit the Brother production base and jointly explore new directions in smart manufacturing.

Unlike traditional industry conferences, this event set its main venue directly inside the factory, allowing all guests to step onto the production frontline and observe on site the entire process of Brother machine tools—from parts warehousing, complete machine assembly, and functional testing to final precision verification—experiencing firsthand the rigorous quality management standards originating from Japan.

Welcome Remarks

The conference began with welcome remarks by Mr. Hamamatsu, Chairman and General Manager of Brother Machinery (Xi'an) Co., Ltd.; Mr. Fujimoto, Chairman of Brother Machinery Commercial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Lai Ruimin, General Manager of the South China Region of Pro-Technic Machinery Co., Ltd., who expressed sincere gratitude to the user partners who have supported the development of Brother machine tools over the years. Subsequently, Mr. Hang Xiangyu, Regional Operations Manager of the North China Region of Pro-Technic Machinery Co., Ltd., introduced the company's services and products.

Technology Sharing

In the technology sharing session, instructors from Brother introduced the production line planning and layout of the Xi'an factory, presented the technical features and suitable applications of Brother models, and provided an in-depth analysis of case studies of the Brother Speedio series in popular fields such as automotive parts, humanoid robotics, semiconductors, and liquid cooling. They also shared hidden functions and operating tips that are highly practical in daily production, delivering content of both professionalism and practical value.

User Sharing

The user sharing session was equally full of highlights. Representatives of outstanding enterprises took the stage to share their frontline experience using Brother machine tools and demonstrate the practical functions of the D00 version. This not only added luster to the conference and broadened the thinking of participating partners, but also brought valuable practical experience and inspiration. Factory Tour

The most anticipated part of the day was undoubtedly the factory tour and live machining demonstrations. Led by Brother staff, guests visited different departments of the production line. From parts warehousing, assembly, commissioning, testing, and precision verification to other production stages, the entire production line was arranged in a regular and orderly manner, with clear operating standards and verification requirements, and the whole production system was rigorous and standardized. Finally, guests arrived at the demonstration area, where live demonstrations were arranged: machining of steering knuckle housings on the horizontal compact multi-face machining center HU550Xd1, machining of humanoid robot joint arms on the mill-turn machining center M200Xd1, and a demonstration of the practical functions of the large-travel compact machining center W1000Zd2. The entire process ran stably and smoothly, allowing guests to intuitively experience the precision quality of Brother machine tools.

Flexible Smart Production Solution and Q&A Session

The flexible multi-process automated production combination line presented by Pro-Technic Machinery fully demonstrated the "Brother machine + automation" flexible smart production solution, providing enterprises with a referenceable practical path for advancing production line upgrades.

The event concluded with a technical Q&A session, where participants exchanged views on various technical issues encountered in actual production and shared real production scenarios and frontline application experience.
