Proper maintenance of equipment before and after a long holiday is essential. Before production is suspended for an extended period, special attention should be paid to machine tool maintenance and parameter backup to prevent the equipment from failing to start properly after the holiday and affecting normal production.

Before resuming normal machining after a machine tool has been shut down for an extended period, the machine must undergo a break-in operation. Operating the machine immediately may cause damage to the spindle, guideways and ball screws. In more serious cases, high-speed tool spindles may seize due to insufficient lubrication, resulting in unnecessary damage to the machine. Therefore, please follow the steps below before resuming machining operations.
