Automatic Polishing Center APC-2800III

APC-2800III is specifically designed to be used for rough to fine polishing in the manufacturing of watches,smart phones, smart wearables, medical parts and other parts etc. The in-house developed controller,together with the CNC controlled adjustable polishing wheels and 6-Axis robot, is capable of achieving flexible yet accurate polishing on plane or curved surfaces.

Fully Enclosed and Transparent Design

APC’s fully enclosed design together with its anti-explosion dust collecting device effectively prevents any dust pollution to the working place. The multi-layered anti-explosion glass allows the working area to be fully visualised, making it more user-friendly.


9-Axis Movement

The 6-Axis Robot moves left/right (X axis) via the linear guide with the Polishing unit moving forward/backward (Y axis) and upward/downward (Z axis).

Smart Swing Setting

Easy to use control system allowing customised settings of swing time, range and speed in order to ensure precision polishing.

Smart Internal Designs

Fully enclosed, energy efficient and anti-explosive,eliminating the probability of dust explosion, the working environment is greatly improved on both environmental and safety aspects.

Flexible Polishing Station

The re-designed polishing wheel structure achieves a floor space saving of 48%, with the adjustable wheel positioning allowing for a greater range of motion.

Automatic Wax Spraying Device

Fixed quantity spraying wax system allows the wax spraying process to be fully customised and automatic. This device is proved to be maintaining high shine in product surface.

Offline Programming Software
Simulation of robot movements and polishing path can be achieved using Robot master software, which is then precisely carried out in the APC. Being offline programmable, production time is greatly reduced as APC can operate simultaneously as it is being programmed.

6-Axis Force Sensor

APC’s force sensor can achieve automated compensation by feeding deviation values back to the controller so that real time adjustments can be made to ensure high accuracy machining.
