Air Spindle
The spindle adopts an air spindle (*) with a built-in motor and a maximum speed of 60,000 min⁻¹. This enables not only high-speed continuous machining but also maintenance-free operation and low thermal displacement.
*An aerostatic bearing uses compressed air to form an air film between the spindle and bearing, providing non-contact support.

Spindle Accuracy
With a high rotational accuracy of NRRO 0.10 μm (*), the machine achieves high-quality machined surfaces while extending tool life and reducing machining costs.
*Measurement value based on the Single Point Asynchronous Error Motion measurement method.

Low Thermal Displacement and High-Rigidity Structure
The machine features an integrated casting structure that provides high rigidity and stability. It is also equipped with a “Structural Temperature Stabilization System” developed using the manufacturer’s proprietary casting technology. The system uniformly controls the structural temperature within ±0.1°C, suppressing thermal displacement of the machine structure and effectively preventing machining accuracy from being affected by temperature fluctuations.

High-Response Linear Motor Control
The three linear axes are driven by linear motors, enabling smooth, high-quality machining surfaces through high-speed feed rates. The minimum setting unit for the three linear axes is 0.01 μm, enabling reliable incremental feeding in 0.01 μm increments.

Tool Path Vector Compensation

Tool profile errors are measured using a camera-based tool shape measuring system, and the manufacturer-developed software automatically generates the compensation machining program.
