From Metal Manufacturing to Legal Insights: Pro-Technic Machinery Embraces Multidimensional Collaboration
May 24, 2024 marked a day rich in collaboration and exchange. That morning, Pro-Technic Machinery Group had the great honor of welcoming a distinguished delegation from Hong Kong, led by Mr. Alexis Suen, President of the Hong Kong Metals Manufacturers Association (HKMMA), along with representatives from the Hong Kong Young Industrialists Council (HKYIC). The visiting group engaged in in-depth dialogue with Pro-Technic’s leadership team, exploring potential areas of cooperation.

Mr. Ben Ng, General Manager (DG Sales Department) of Pro-Technic Machinery Group warmly welcomed the visiting guests and hosted a discussion session, during which he provided an overview of Pro-Technic’s history, business scope, and future development plans. He emphasized the company’s focus on forward-thinking solutions and cost-effective technologies. Following the meeting, the group toured Pro-Technic’s showroom, where a range of high-precision machinery and cutting-edge technologies were on display, demonstrating the company’s strong presence and innovation in the metal manufacturing sector.
The guests from HKMMA and HKYIC expressed appreciation for the visit and highlighted how this exchange provided a valuable platform for fostering mutual understanding and laying the groundwork for future collaboration.

In the afternoon, HKMMA and the Chang’an Association Enterprises with Foreign Investment jointly held a Company Law Interpretation Seminar in Pro-Technic’s seminar room. More than 80 attendees participated in the session, where legal experts delivered an in-depth analysis of the latest revisions to China’s Company Law. The seminar focused on five key areas of legal practice and application, offering participants practical legal knowledge and actionable insights.
The session was moderated by Mr. Vincent Cheng, Youth Committee Member of the Chang’an Association. On behalf of Vice President Mr. Nicholas Lai, Mr. Wu welcomed all the guests and emphasized the significance of industry-law synergy.
