On July 22, 2026, the "SPEEDIO DAY" Open Day, jointly hosted by Pro-Technic Machinery Group and Brother Industries (Japan), was successfully held at the Brother Technology Center Dongguan. Under the theme "5-Axis Empowerment · Driving the Future with Intelligence," the event focused on precision machining technologies for humanoid robot components and AI liquid cooling applications, attracting industry professionals and company representatives to Songshan Lake to explore advanced machining solutions for emerging markets.

The event featured five key Brother machine models. The HU550Xd1 RD Horizontal Compact Machining Center demonstrated efficient multi-face machining for complex workpieces such as steering gear housings. The S700Xd2 Compact Machining Center showcased high-precision, high-efficiency metal removal in machining AI data center stainless steel cold plates. The U500Xd2 RD Compact Multi-Face Machining Center highlighted flexible manufacturing solutions for automation components. The W1000Xd2 Large-Travel Compact Machining Center demonstrated its high-rigidity structure for heavy-duty steel cutting. The M200Xd1 RD Mill-Turn Machining Center completed both milling and turning operations in a single setup, meeting the complex machining requirements of humanoid robot structural components.

Each of the five machine models demonstrated its own strengths, covering a wide range of applications from precision small-part machining to heavy-duty cutting, and from standalone machining to mill-turn operations.

The event attracted professionals from the precision manufacturing industry for technical discussions and live demonstrations.
