High Productivity · High Versatility | 2026 Brother Machine Tool Solutions Technical Exchange Seminar (Shanghai) Successfully Concluded!
On July 30, 2026, the “High Productivity and High Versatility Brother Machine Tool Solutions Technical Exchange Seminar,” jointly organized by Pro-Technic Machinery Group and Japan’s Brother, was successfully concluded at the Brother Technology Center Shanghai. The event brought together customers from a wide range of industries, technical experts, and partners for an in-depth exploration of advanced machining technologies.

At the beginning of the event, the technical teams from Pro-Technic and Brother addressed a key challenge facing the industry today: as the variety of components continues to increase and production batches are switched more frequently, can manufacturers find a machining solution that truly combines high productivity with high versatility? Brother provided a compelling answer through its continuously evolving product lineup: Brother can do!

During the application case-sharing session, typical machining applications of the SPEEDIO series in three key fields—automotive components, medical components, and semiconductor equipment components—became a major focus of the event. Through actual machining data, cycle-time comparisons, and yield-rate analysis, attendees gained a direct understanding of the high-efficiency machining capabilities of Brother machine tools when processing non-ferrous metals and difficult-to-cut materials. The machines demonstrated particular advantages in stability and precision when performing complex-surface machining, multi-face machining at various angles, and micro-hole machining.

The event also highlighted automation solutions developed for Brother machine tools, covering applications such as robotic loading and unloading and multi-process production-line integration, providing customers with practical recommendations for moving toward flexible manufacturing. Meanwhile, the introduction of ZEISS optical scanning equipment completed the production loop from the quality inspection side, demonstrating how “high-efficiency machining + high-precision inspection” can work together and highlighting the compatibility and potential for further integration of Brother machine tools within digital quality management systems.
This technical exchange seminar was not only a comprehensive showcase of products and technologies, but also another sincere demonstration of Pro-Technic Machinery Group’s long-term commitment to the industry and customer service. We look forward to growing together with our customers through long-term cooperation, using technology as the link and practical results as the goal, and working together to move further and more steadily along the path of precision manufacturing.
