Achieving High Rigidity and High Precision

 

 

1. High-Rigidity Tool Post with Inclined Dovetail Guideways

The Y-axis guideway of the tool post adopts an inclined dovetail guideway structure, which enhances machine rigidity, reduces torque load caused by cutting resistance, and increases the stiffness of the tool post in both Y and Z directions.

 

2. Non-Guide Bushing Type with Spindle Sliding Guideway

In the non-guide bushing specification, a spindle sliding guideway structure is employed. The guideway surface supports the cutting force to ensure

spindle head rigidity, suppress spindle deflection, and achieve high-precision machining.

 

 

3. High-Rigidity Back Tool Post
The back working tool post adopts a Y2-axis sliding dovetail guideway. The increased casting thickness improves overall rigidity. Up to eight rotary tools can be mounted, enabling diverse secondary operations such as slot milling and end milling for complex back-side machining.

 

 

4. Thickened, Heavy-Duty Machine Bed
The bed of the SR-32JⅢ is 25% thicker than that of the previous model “SR-32J.” This reinforced structure significantly improves machine rigidity, effectively suppressing vibration during machining and minimizing thermal deformation during continuous operation.

 

5. Powerful Hydraulic Workpiece Clamping
The hydraulic cylinder provides strong clamping force, reducing workpiece deflection caused by cutting resistance and ensuring superior machining accuracy.
