On October 15, 2026, the 5th Brother User Conference successfully concluded at Brother Machinery (Xi'an) Co., Ltd. The conference was hosted by Pro-Technic Machinery, with official authorization and support from Brother Industries, Ltd. of Japan and the Xi'an factory. Before resuming normal machining after a machine tool has been shut down for an extended period, the machine must undergo a break-in operation. Operating the machine immediately may cause damage to the spindle, guideways and ball screws. In more serious cases, high-speed tool spindles may seize due to insufficient lubrication, resulting in unnecessary damage to the machine.
